At Hamseys, we hold over 5000 beds and mattresses in stock ready for immediate dispatch and other products from our trusted manufacturers can be ordered and often delivered very quickly.
After every online order, a member of our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient date of delivery or collection. If you do not hear from us in this time, please call 020 8669 0273 (9am-6pm week days) and someone will be happy to help you.
Our usual local delivery charge to Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London is £25 as we can deliver these ourselves. However, for deliveries outside of this area, there may be an additional delivery charge depending on location, as we may have to send these via courier.
Orders Over £1000
At Hamseys we like to thank customers who spend more with us, and therefore we offer free delivery to all customers that spend over £1000 online. If you have spent over £1000, at the checkout, when choosing shipping methods, you will be able to select "Free Delivery (orders over £1000)" and delivery will be free of charge. If however you have not spent over £1000, this option will not be shown.
The free delivery (orders over £1000) is restricted to our normal delivery areas of Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London , as we can deliver these ourselves. Hamseys' Specialist 2 Man Delivery ServiceOnce you have placed your order and arranged delivery, you can be safe in the knowledge that a specialist 2 man team will deliver your products for you. We have been delivering beds for over 45 years and only employ the best drivers and carriers. The majority of our deliveries occur between 9am and 7pm on weekdays and 10am-5pm on Saturdays. When a member of our customer service team contacts you to arrange delivery, you can choose a date to suit you and specify whether you would like it in the morning or afternoon. We can also arrange for our delivery drivers to call you half an hour or an hour before they reach you, to ensure that you are home.
If you have ordered assembly or disposal of your old bed or mattress, this will be taken care of once your products are safely in your possession. We do ask however that there be adequate space in your desired room for assembly, and that if we are disposing of your old bed or furniture, that it be disassembled and ready to be taken.
Please notify us of any specific requirements for delivery (parking, difficult access, lifts/stairs in flats etc.) when you make your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Click & CollectAt Hamseys we offer a free click and collect service to save you the delivery charges. Once you have made your order and reach the checkout where it will ask you to select a shipping method, simply select click and collect and proceed. Then, as with every order a member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your goods. You are able to collect from any one of our stores or warehouse, locations of which can be found by clicking on the links in the footer of our site.
Please do ensure that you are able to collect your goods, as if you are unable to, a delivery charge will be added when delivery is arranged.
