Unlike most conventional memory foam mattresses, the Salus Ornella has a clever layer of graphite-infused Aero-Flow foam, which allows the air to flow through and keep the mattress cooler. That graphite infusion also absorbs odours and minimises moisture build-up for a fresher, healthier sleeping environment.
The Salus Ornella mattress is rated as softer, but with absolutely no compromise on support. It’s a single-sided mattress so it’s easier to care for with no need to flip and turn. Simply rotate it from head to foot occasionally to prevent ‘body dips’ from forming. The 7cm base layer of Salus Support foam keeps this mattress from feeling too soft, giving it a firm base. The mattress cover is removable and washable, and the entire mattress comes boxed and rolled for easy transport. Unbox and allow the mattress to ‘rest’ for two hours so that it regains its correct shape before use.
